After this initial discovery meeting we review what we’ve learned about your business goals and assign the appropriate project manager to your project.
Step 2 – Project Management
At Advance Website, we understand that project management and client communication is critical to successful and timely project completion. As a client of ours, you can expect a project management process that enables you to not only communicate with your assigned project manager but also receive, review and approve updates on design concepts, project revisions, and project scope revisions.
Step 3 – Competitive Research and Audience Identification
Whether your project is an all-encompassing E-commerce solution or a small search engine optimization campaign, researching your competition is critical to an effective outline of the project scope and directive. Because the proper marketing and creative approach needs to be tailored to your target audience, determining your customers’ motivations, online preferences, and buying habits are critical.
Step 4 - Visual Direction
The Visual Direction is one of the first steps every project undergoes at Advance Website, and is critical when trying to bring together the branding and identity of the client and project that is undertaken. The balance which needs to be met in the composition between the images and content needs must flow to correctly match the project goals. Depending on the type of project the creative team will deliver creative ideas and directions to compliment your message. In order for an outcome to match the client’s goals and desires these creative ideas must be right on.
In doing research for the client, Advance Websites’ creative team will put forward choice photography either purchased or created to match your projects theme. The images acquired will be designed into our first direction which will be posted online in our Client Admin section for your review and approval. Once you have approved the creative direction for your Website, Advance Website will design a website comp for your review and approval.
Step 5 – Copywriting Message
With Advance Website’s copywriting services, we can ensure your Website copy not only delivers a compelling message but is also search engine friendly. In many cases the client does provide existing copy. Advance Website will optimize this copy for search engine friendliness and highest conversions.
Step 6 – Online Marketing Direction
Whether you marketing goal is to convert sales, generate leads or gather consumer information, your content needs to drive your audience to complete a specific goal.
When conducting pay per click campaigns, landing pages need to be optimized to ensure your audience is delivered a compelling message that results in a conversion. The goal of the search engine optimization campaign is to achieve higher search engine rankings. To help achieve this we ensure your Website copy is properly optimized with relevant keyword phrases and content for the search engines.
That’s just the beginning, once the online marketing campaign is officially launched; campaign optimization begins and remains in effect throughout the lifecycle of the online marketing campaign.
Step 7 – Final Approval
Once the creative, information technology, copy and all other components of the project have been approved by the client, Advance Website will begin the actual IT development of the project. Once everything is tested and goes through final approval, the Website is uploaded and launched.
